Returns/Refund and Exchange Policy

 

robbyzora.com gives exact measurements/sizes in the product details. Please order exact size as per specifications and a design/product of your choice. However, still, if you ordered a product and think that the size, design or colour was a wrong choice, you can simply return or exchange the product within 5 days of receipt.

Eligibility of Return/Exchange-

1. Must be within 5 days of receipt
2. The product must be unused and unwashed (in case of apparels). The product must be returned with original packing and tags. Products without tags will not be accepted
3. In case of damaged or defective items, please share it, along with a photograph, within 24 hours of receipt at the email address- robbyzoradotcom@gmail.com
4. If items are returned and don’t meet the above-mentioned conditions, they will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his/her expense. No amount reimbursement will be done in such a case
5. The return items should be packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please use a reliable courier for self-shipped returns
6. The Refund will be made in 5-7 business days
